We can confirm that an outline planning application has been submitted to the Local Authority. The planning officer overseeing the application is Mr Neil Campbell (01603 212517) and the application number is 08/00255/O.
Plans are available to view in the Planning Department at Norwich City Council Offices. They can also be viewed online at the Council's Planning Portal. However if looking online, be aware that the documents are stored as 342 separate files, totalling 131 Mb.
